Sean McKay Managing Partner
Sean McKay has been with MCF Investments since 1996. Upon coming to work with
MCF Sean has worked in a variety of roles including Underwriting, Collections
and Investor Relations. Prior to MCF Sean worked with Enbridge Gas. Sean
graduated with Honours in Business Management and has also completed the
Financial Services Underwriting Diploma.

Rob Pirie Managing Partner
Rob Pirie is a managing partner with MCF Investments. Prior to joining MCF Rob
worked at Nesbitt Burns from 1998 – 2000 and Bank of Montreal as an Equity
Trader from 2000 – 2002. Rob then left to start his own construction and lending
business. He has been working closely with MCF since 2003 and has recently
decided to join them. Rob has completed his Canadian Securities Course and the
Conduct and Practices Course as well as taking the Options and Derivatives
Course. He also completed the Mortgage Agents course.

Richard McKay Founder
Richard founded MCF Investments in its prior form in 1975. Through the years he
has grown the firm from its small beginnings to a multi-million dollar asset
manager and leading non-bank mortgage lender.

Linda B.A. Durant Investor Relations
Linda joined MCF in 1985 and is an integral part of our client service team.
Linda is responsible for communication with investors as well as assisting the
team in various day-to-day activities. Prior to joining MCF Linda held various
accounting and office management positions with both small and large companies.

Korin Mellor Manager – Underwriting
Korin manages MCF’s underwriting responsibilities including reviewing appraisals
and interviewing borrowers. Korin has been with MCF since 2006.

Maria Tirinato Underwriter
Maria is responsible for day-to-day interaction with our network of
mortgage
brokers and assists in evaluating the financial details of the mortgage
investments of the firm. Maria graduated with Honours from Humber College in
Business Administration.

Denise Henn Office Manager
Denise works with the team as a mortgage administrator doing a variety of tasks
and assisting in many aspects of the business including accounting, banking and
collections.

Sara Sexton Corporate Administrator
Sarah works with the team and has a variety of roles dealing with corporate
affairs.
